What are your chances for selling your home? Is it a Buyer’s Market or a Seller’s Market? Here is a rolling 7 week report that shows you how many homes are on the market, pending (have mutual acceptance- but haven’t closed yet), and how many week’s supply of homes there is.
Whether it is a Buyers Market or Sellers Market depends upon the number of homes available for sale - in a specific area, in a price range and sometimes based upon a particular house style. I have attached the data for Area 600 (Juanita/Woodinville/Duvall) broken out by price range for your reference.
