City of Woodinville. When the city incorporated in 1993 it created 11 geographic neighborhoods (map). Within these geographic neighborhoods are a variety of developments and non-tract areas. For more information and photo tours, click on the neighborhood of interest.

Greater Woodinville. There is a large area of unincorporated King County and Snohomish County that has a Woodinville mailing address. While not officially incorporated into the City of Woodinville, this area and its residents are an important part of the Woodinville community.
To simplify your review of the area, I have broken Greater Woodinville into 5 “unofficial” geographic neighborhoods - but please remember these are not exact so there will be some overlap. For more information and photo tours, click on the neighborhood of interest.
