East Wellington
City of Woodinville - East Wellington neighborhood is primarily a low density, single family residential area on the eastern edge of the city (North of the Woodinville-Duvall road and East of 156th Street). Included in this area are the Wellington Elementary and Leota Jr. High schools.
This is a diverse neighborhood with homes selling between $515K to $3.5M in 2007. The majority of the homes were built in the 1980s and 1990s - but there are older and newer homes. Nolan Woods was the home of the 2005 Seattle Street of Dreams.
