Saybrook is a beautiful John F. Buchan Community which was built in the early 1990s. If you are familiar with Buchan homes - they are well built homes with lots of attention to detail and a generous use of wood on the interior and wood and brick on the exterior.
If schools are important to you, East Ridge Elementary is tucked away within this development so that many of the children can walk to and from school.
