Brook Trails Estates
Brooktrails Estates is a neighborhood that takes advantage of its proximity to the Tolt Pipeline trail. There are many trails throughout this neighborhood that connect to the pipeline trail that are maintained by the home owner association.
The homes in this neighborhood were generally built in the early to mid 1980s and because of this, they generally have larger lots for people to enjoy. To learn more about the community they have a nice website that is sponsored and maintained by their homeowner association.
