A great source for legal information for home buyers, tenants and landlords. - Contractors.com
Resource for projecting remodeling costs - can be really helpful when you are trying to figure out the value of a property that will need remodeling (make sure you always at a 10% fudge factor). When you get to the site, select the Resources page, then click on ‘Cost Estimator’. - RepairClinic.com
This is a great source for figuring out how to repair appliances yourself if you don’t want to spend the money (and time) on a repair person for those little tenant maintenance issues. They make it really easy to get the right part and tell you how to do the repair - who knew I could fix a dishwasher!
